Sports adding new dimensions to the personalities

As the saying goes’ a healthy mind in a healthy body, the school feels that physical fitness, yoga, and sports are complementary and synonymous terms for building dynamic personalities. These activities not only tone up the body or stimulate the mental and physical energies in students but also instill in them the spirit of camaraderie and teamwork through positive and healthy competition. To build in each student a calm and composed personality, we have yoga and meditation classes regularly along with one-hour sports sessions every day with a wide range of indoor and outdoor sports activities viz volleyball, basketball, taekwondo, skating, and badminton. Students are given rigorous training under the guidance of the professional coaches.
